myphp: embedding PHP in MySQL

How myphp uses the embed SAPI:

php_embed_shutdown(TSRMLS_C);

• Initialize PHP with arguments (php_embed_init())

• Compile and Evaluate the code (myphp_eval_string())

• Shutdown PHP and clean up (php_embed_shutdown())
