In our presentation definition file we named our first slide %slides/foo/intro.xml%, so create this file with your favourite text editor. The path is relative to the presentation directory configured in your config.php file. Here is a simple example that just has a slide title and a blurb of text with a title. Don't worry about indenting the tags if you don't feel like it. It is not required. To see what this looks like, go to the next slide.
