The *M*etal-binding *S*ite *E*valuator (*MSE*) is the web interface to the programs we have developed for the MDB (e.g. MSIT: Metal-binding Site Indexing Tool). The current prototype allows a user to upload a valid PDB file, and obtain a complete report from MSIT processing the structure.
