We developed the *ClusterGeom* program to analyze and quantify the distortions on iron-sulfur clusters. Below we can see the a two dimensional mapping (Hammer-Aitoff projection) of the cluster in *1aop* (continuous lines) compared to a perfect cluster geometry (dotted lines).
